Grilled Sturgeon with Lemon and Parsley

INGREDIENTS

Serves 4
Sturgeon steaks 4 x 200g
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon cut into 4 wedges 1
Sprigs of parsley 4
Extra virgin olive oil for drizzling 1 tbsp

METHOD

1. In a shallow dish coat the sturgeon in the olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.

2. Heat a griddle pan to high, then grill the sturgeon on both sides for 3 minutes, or until just cooked.

3. Serve with lemon wedges, parsley and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
